in time is 4:00 PM, Please call if after hours
arrival is anticipated. We will be happy to
make special arrangements for you.

Checkout
time is 11:00 AM. There are NO REFUNDS for
early departure.

Cancellation
Policy. All reservation cancellations made
prior to 72 hours before check-in will be
charged a $25 cancellation fee. Reservations
cancelled within less than 72 hours before
check-in will be charged one nights lodging.

Some units accept pets. If you have a pet, you
must let reservations know before you can bring
your pet.

There is a non-refundable pet fee. Daily guests
will be charged $20.00 per day, per pet. (Limit
2 pets) Monthly guests will be charged $150.00
per month, per pet. (Limit 2 pets)
- All
our units are non smoking
- Please
be considerate of other guest, keep all noise
down to a minimum.

In Corpus
Christi take South Padre Island Drive over the Causeway
to Padre Island. Turn left on Whitecap, go .5 miles
and turn left on Windward Dr., go .6 miles till you
see our sign on the Left.
